Ellesmere workshop & news

I just thought I would update you on our latest developments. We have finally completed our move to Ellesmere Business Park. The last 2.5 years in Craven Arms has been really tough so we are hoping this move will be positive for both ourselves, and the business. Its nearer to where we live, so this will saves miles, and hours on the day. We need less stress!
Just a reminder as to what we do as we always get asked.
Mark has been an upholsterer for almost 40 years now, so can re-upholster your furniture. Loose seats, dining chairs, sofas and chairs, both traditional and modern . He will be honest with you and tell you if he thinks its not worth spending the money on. He can also fix furniture, so any loose joints can be re-glued, and frames fixed to last. We also offer cushions replacements. Cushions don't last forever but having them replaced is a way of increasing the life of your furniture.
Our shop in Shrewsbury sells a range of Danish and mid century furniture which has been restored and re-upholstered. We also have some furniture waiting to be restored. This can then be reupholstered in the fabric of your choice. You do need to have imagination but you will have a totally unique piece of furniture.
Mark also makes a range of our own furniture. He makes the frame from scratch and upholsters it. Sofas, chairs and footstools are available to order in a huge choice of fabrics. Pop into the shop or call if you need any further information.
Last but not least, we now hold upholstery classes in Ellesmere. You don't need to have done any upholstery before, but you do need a project and enthusiasm. Classes are held on a Saturday afternoon, so if you fancy trying something new and have a sad looking piece of furniture which could do with some love and attention, please do get in touch.
I think that's it. Any questions, queries please do call into the shop in Shrewsbury, phone or email. If you'd like to take something to Ellesmere, just give me a quick call to make sure Mark is there.
If you've got to the end, thanks for reading.
Heather
